Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS: All bookings require a deposit. Deposits amounts vary by the length of time chosen. All deposits are nonrefundable. Each deposit goes toward the final price of the tattoo. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 48 hours retain their deposit and are allowed to reschedule without losing the initial deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will require a new deposit to reschedule. Late for an appointment: Please Inform your artist if you will be late. ***Rescheduling may be required with another deposit.*** Touch-ups: Touch-ups are a courtesy. A touch-up is usually given within 6 months of receiving the tattoo. Exceptions are the feet, hands, neck, head, and face. Liability: Tattoo Liability rests solely with the Client. By booking with shades of paint tattoo the client agrees that they are responsible for understanding possible skin reactions, the correct spelling/design, and the correct placement of designs. Client is aware of the healing process and any and all possible allergic reactions to the tattoo process or the aftercare. The tattoo artist or manufacturer of the aftercare is held completely blameless and harmless and does not bare responsibility or liability of any kind regarding the tattoo or it's healing. With the exceptions of only: 1) The artist is impaired and unable to perform the task required; impairment must be verified by the artist's employer/shop owner, law enforcement, or medical official. 2) Proven malicious intent, meaning the artist purposefully misspelled or misapplied a tattoo, provided incorrect after care instructions purposely to harm the client. Clients agree these conditions must be proven in a court of law to be valid.
